→ There, I'm done with NaNo. Now it's either I edit it or I burn it. I haven't read the whole thing again but I can tell (or smell) that it's reeking of grammatical errors, redundancy and other stuff that says that its crap. Ah, but it's satisfying to be able to reach the finish line.
Next year, I might write an IchiRuki fanfiction or maybe a KakaIru? DeiTobi? Smut?
...no I'm joking about the last part
→ I might be able to resume inking my pages next week. I won't make any promises that i'll upload something on the site, though. I'm just telling that I'm not dropping what I started.

→ I got through the midterms week alive. YEAH! Now we wait for the grades. /nervous.
→ I already have an idea for the children's book for our Desktop Publishing finals. We're not really required to write one but this idea just popped out of nowhere and I just had to write it. I want to write it. I'll probably finish what I'm writing for NaNo first before moving to write this one.
→ I'm done with Arlene Chai's Eating Fire and Drinking Water after procrastinating on it for a whole month. It was a requirement for our Philippine Literature in English class but I'm glad I got a chance to read it. It contains some really interesting insights on human nature and shows the power relation in the government during the Martial Law period. As a side note, I also liked the way she put her words together. Some of the lines in the novel made me stop and reflect. Oh, the this line near the end of the novel hit me the hardest:

→ We weren't affected, thank God. No flood, just some minor power outages and a broken jalousie window. My mom arrived at noon yesterday, too. She's fine. But still, it was horrible. Even Makati was flooded and I was lucky that I left my dorm a day before it started raining. The last thing I heard from a fellow dormer stranded at the school was:
"No classes tomorrow, wlang kuryente for about 3-4 days. No Jollibee, Max's. Ubos na supplies sa Select. Baha ang basement."

I started re-drawing pages today and jhnakjdfnakjdnakjdsnakjsndkjandsjs ;;; There's an effing huge difference compared to how I drew before and somehow, that old drawing sucks that just staring at it embarasses me to death. The one on the right's not the final sketch but, lol, I feel so proud of myself |D;;;
